What do we offer for Acute care?
Our acute care protocol is the same as standard treatment dosing protocol but dosing sessions done more frequently (up to 2x/ week).
What diagnoses might be considered for "Acute" treatment protocol?
Some people think of acute KAP care as being limited to IM/IV, but we are happy to support acute needs at Journey Clinical with our RDT protocol.
Diagnoses may include, but are not limited to:
• Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), moderate or severe
• Treatment Resistant Depression (TRD)
• In parallel with psychoanalytic therapy
Our clinical team will is responsible for final clinical judgement regarding treatment frequency. As always, our team is happy to collaborate directly with you in a collaborative care model to explain any reasoning or talk through client needs.
