Is Journey Clinical CE Accredited?
Journey Clinical is approved by the APA and the NBCC provide continuing education credits for a growing number of courses that are exclusive to Journey Clinical members.
Do I have to take the whole course? Can I get half credit for doing half the course?
In order to receive your continuing education credits, you will need to complete the entire course, complete all quizzes at a 70% or higher passing grade, and complete the final course evaluation. These are requirements from the accrediting bodies in order to issue you a valid Continuing Education Certificate. Once you complete these steps within our learning platform, you will automatically be issued a certificate of completion. Save this certificate for your records.

I attended this workshop/ watched this video already – can I just get the certificate?
No, you will need to complete the course, quizzes, and course evaluation in order to get your certificate. This is a requirement from the accreditation bodies.
Are you going to roll out more CE credit courses?
Yes! We are in the process of adding more continuing education credit courses to our offerings. Stay tuned.
I don’t want to take the tests or get CE credits – can I still watch the video?
Yes, absolutely. You can always watch the full video on your Journey Clinical member portal. Just navigate to the “Education” tab in the left hand menu, and search for the course you would like to watch.
Is this required for my JC onboarding?
No, these courses are completely optional.

Where do I input my License type & number so it shows up on my Certificates?
At the successful completion of this course, you will receive a certificate. If you would like your License Type, State, and Number to appear on your certificate, you must fill out these fields before completing the course. Navigate to your Account >> Profile >> Fill in the license fields. If you have already completed this step during registration or for another course, you do not need to do it again.
Where can I find my certificates after the course if I want to reference it again?
Your certificates are saved in your profile. Just navigate to “Certificates” on the Left hand menu when you are in your Profile, and you will see all certificates for courses you have completed.
