What will be billed to insurance?
If your patient has insurance coverage with one of the plans we accept, they can use it for covered services associated with their Clinician Visit. Patients should be aware that they will be responsible for paying for non-covered services upfront in cash, and could be responsible for a portion of the covered visit (up to 100%) depending on their insurance plan.
Do I need to sign up for anything or will this be automatically applied for my patients?
No need to sign up for anything. If your patient has insurance coverage with one of our accepted insurance plans, we will automatically bill their insurance provider for covered services.
What material can I share with my clients about your insurance policies?
Our website will continue to be updated and is a great resource for your patients. They can also access the patient insurance FAQs for more details.
Will this impact me if I work with Alma or Headway?
Not at all, you can continue to work with your client as usual.
