Portal
Q: How do I edit and complete my Portal Profile?
A: To edit your profile, you will need to:
- Log in to your therapist portal account
- On the left-hand side, click on the Profile header
- Click on the Edit Profile purple button
- On the next page you will be able to enter your personal information, add a picture, write a short introduction text, and select the tags that define you best and your private practice.
** Please note that if you are open to receiving patient referrals from Journey Clinical, this is where you would select the "Accepting New Patients" box. We can not refer patients to an incomplete therapist profile - even the "about me" section must be completed.

Q: How can I delete a note?
A: Please contact the Journey Clinical Team for assistance to delete a specific note.
Fluence
Q: Do my fluence and Journey Clinical emails need to be the same?
A: Please note that Fluence is a third-party company that Journey Clinical is affiliated with. Our collaboration with Fluence has allowed us to integrate the Fluence platform directly within our Journey Clinical Website.
We highly recommend that you use the same username and passwords to login into both of your Journey Clinical and Fluence platforms. This will avoid any confusion on trying to remember which password is to be used. For your password, please use a capital letter, a number, and make it a minimum of 8 characters long.
If you need to refresh your passwords, please click on the Forgot My Password button that are available on both login pages. This should prompt the systems to send you an email to the email attached to your profiles. Always make sure to check your spam account and for Gmail account, we also recommend that you verify the Promotions and the Social accounts.
Q: How do I get CE credits from Fluence?
A: CE credits are now available for both Fluence courses. The Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Educational video series course offers 5.0 hours of CE credits, and for the Psychedelic Integration: Premise and Promise course we offer 6.0 hours of CE credits.
For students to receive their CEUs, they will need to complete all course modules within a course. This includes the knowledge check questions (at a passing score of 75%) and the course evaluation feedback form at the end.
Students must check the "complete" button at the bottom of each module for it to register as complete within the learning management system. When they’ve reached 100% completion of the course, the option to open and download their certificate will appear. The certificate includes the CE information.
